**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals to generate consistent patient referrals.
- **Referral Network Expansion**:

- Identify and engage with potential referral partners within the medical community, including clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Actively drive patient lead generation through collaboration with medical professionals and other healthcare stakeholders.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Achieve defined referral targets and regularly report performance metrics to the management team.
- **Market Insights**:

- Gather feedback from referral partners to understand market needs and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- **Collaborative Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure referred patients receive seamless service and care.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field; medical or healthcare background preferred.
- Prior experience in medical sales, business development, or referral management.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
