- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- **Solution Presentation**:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and benefits of offerings.
- **Proposal Support**:Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of the client.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and confidence.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, answer client questions, and support the sales process.
- **Market Understanding**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- **Transition Support**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to the implementation phase.
- **Lead Qualification**:Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they are properly assessed and passed on to the sales team.
