Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

JOB SUMMARY

To execute all the sales orders as per the satisfaction of the SE/ME /SO as well as the customer. Also achieve the target of billing on monthly and quarterly basis as against the target given**.**

**DAILY JOB**
- Check order as per our terms & condition.
- Prepare sales order & Inter Office Memo as per Purchase Orders.
- Co-ordinate & follow up with warehouse for execution of orders
- Inform dispatch instruction to the clients.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly spread sheet of unexecuted pending order received.
- Prepare dispatch plan for the weeks and submit it to the SBU Head.
- Follow up with vendors in case if there is delay in delivery or for confirmation of delivery in time.
- Memo of reservation to be given the concerned team.
- Preparation of documentation related to Sales Order.
- Following up with transporter if there is any problem with the transport or coordinate withgodown/ rajaram chauhan for finalization of freight charges, packing.
- Giving updates to the SE/SO/ME customer/with respect to current status of the order.
- Invoice to be generated with 72 hours if material collected in person. If in case out and out then the invoice to be generated in 72 hour from the date of receipt of documents from the principles
- Action to be taken to be executed as per the pointers mentioned in the document.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
