Sales Coordinator

Client Relationship Management & Order Growth: - Minimum 15 days field work anywhere in India (Customer Visit and Business Growth, New lead) - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure profitability and timely payments. Order Execution & Coordination: - Ensure all incoming orders are accurately recorded, processed, and executed. - Collaborate with the Production Planning & Control (PPC) team to ensure timely dispatch of materials. - Track order status, proactively resolve any delays, and communicate updates to clients. Payments & Credit Management: - Follow up with clients for timely payments and coordinate with the finance team for payment collections. - Negotiate credit terms where applicable, ensuring a balance between client needs and company policies. Market Intelligence & Business Development: - Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. - Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and potential leads.
