**Job Title**: Procurement Executive / Officer

**Reporting To**: Procurement Manager / Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage procurement of construction materials, site-related items, office supplies, and project-specific needs.
- Maintain and update vendor database with terms, pricing, and performance history.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project timelines.
- Review and process purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice clearance and vendor payments.
- Track and monitor inventory levels and reordering needs.
- Ensure quality checks and compliance with standards and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with reliable suppliers to get competitive pricing.
- Prepare procurement reports, budget estimates, and cost analyses.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local vendor network and supply chain.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and procurement software (if any).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry materials and vendor ecosystem is a strong plus.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Procurement / Supply Chain Management preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
