**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Administer and manage ESRI ArcGIS systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Implement and configure ArcGIS Server for DotNet Frame to support geospatial data services.
- Integrate GeoServer with existing systems to enhance geospatial data accessibility and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver geospatial solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability of geospatial services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial systems including user guides and technical manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for geospatial data management.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality.
- Train and mentor junior developers on geospatial technologies and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in ArcGIS and its various components for effective geospatial data management.
- Have experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Show expertise in configuring and managing ArcGIS Server for DotNet Frame.
- Be skilled in integrating GeoServer with other systems to enhance data accessibility.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex geospatial issues.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Be proactive in staying updated with the latest geospatial technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Show experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Be willing to mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development.

**Certifications Required**
- ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Professional Certification Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
