RealBeez Estates Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing real estate company focused on delivering premium properties and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Business Process Associate (Internship)** to join our team and support our core business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and streamline daily business processes across sales, operations, and client servicing.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Handle documentation, agreements, and compliance-related tasks for real estate transactions.
- Track sales progress, maintain MIS reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
- Support senior management in implementing business strategies and operational improvements.
- Ensure quality checks and process adherence in all client dealings.
- Work closely with clients, providing updates and resolving queries with professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 0-6 Months of experience in operations, business process, or real estate sector.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of real estate processes and compliance will be an added advantage.
