We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Odoo Trainee** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn about **Odoo ERP development, customization, and implementation** in a professional environment. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced Odoo developers while working on real-world projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand **Odoo ERP framework** and its various modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, etc.).
- Assist in **Odoo module development, customization, and implementation** based on business requirements.
- Work with **Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and XML** to modify and enhance Odoo functionalities.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
- Participate in **Odoo functional training** and document processes for future reference.
- Work closely with clients or internal teams to gather requirements and suggest solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates** in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of **Python** and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with **ERP concepts** and database management (PostgreSQL is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
