IT Trainee

As an IT Trainee at Carelabs, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in various IT functions. You will work closely with our experienced IT team, assisting in software development, system maintenance, and other IT-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and tasks.
- Perform system testing and debugging.
- Help with the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support to team members and clients.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your IT skills.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of software development principles.
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience working with ERP software.
- Knowledge of the Odoo platform.
- Understanding of database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
