Job Description:
As a Sales Support Non-Voice, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position does not involve direct communication with clients over the phone but requires strong organizational and communication skills to support the sales team effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to data entry, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and files.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research on potential leads and assist in lead generation activities.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide better support to the sales team.
- Handle any other tasks or projects assigned by the sales manager or team lead.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 4 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
