**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Snapmint in Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for making calls to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also assist in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound & outbound calls - Provide Information On Shipping And Delivery Services.
- Excellent communications with professionalism & call etiquette.
- Knowledge of MS Office & a good typing speed.
- Tracking daily dispatched shipments to ensure all shipments are getting delivered on a given TAT
- Tracking and reporting delayed shipments with reasons
- Helping customers/callers with our product-related queries / complaints.
- Communicating with logistic vendors to close maximum waybill numbers
- Liaising with Couriers / Merchants to ensure timely closure of escalations.
- Maintain Customer Records And Manage Database
