As a Journal’s Editorial Administrator, you’ll be part of a collaborative and international team, contributing to the smooth operation of editorial processes across a diverse journal portfolio. This role offers exposure to a wide range of publishing systems and tools (e.g., JUPITER, S4 HANA, Tableau, Paperstack), and the chance to work on impactful projects such as journal indexing, SciPris support, and post-publication corrections. **Opportunity - the ‘what’**:
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Provide administrative support to ensure effective management of the journals portfolio.
- Maintain journal homepages, editorial board details, and gratis subscriptions.
- Track and process editorial payments.
- Provide cover for the Editorial Central Inbox and support internal briefings and client meetings.
- Work across systems to manage data, access, and reporting.
- Triage and manage post-publication corrections in 8x8.
- Support SciPris escalations and special projects.
- Assist with journal indexing and coordinate annual impact factor activities.
- Contribute to various editorial team projects as needed.

Your work will directly support the efficiency and quality of OUP’s journal publishing operations, ensuring accurate data, timely communication, and smooth editorial workflows.
