Our aim is to create never-aging campaigns for our partners. **Location**: B-94 Sector-64 Noida UP-201301, Nearest Metro sector 62 **Responsibilities**: - Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and follow-ups - Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams - Help prepare and present client reports, proposals, and updates - Coordinate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure timely deliveries - Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) and take detailed notes and action points - Ensure client satisfaction and resolve queries professionally - Maintain records of all client interactions and updates **Requirements**: - Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred) - Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or creative services - Strong coordination and organizational abilities - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitasking and organizational skills. - Presentable and professional demeanor - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior internship experience in a marketing agency or client-facing role is a plus. **What You’ll Gain** - Exposure to client management processes in a real-world business setting. - Insight into cross-functional collaboration within a marketing or creative agency. - Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and openings. **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Morning shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - "Describe a situation (in college, internship, or any group activity) where you had to communicate with different people to complete a task.
