Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Prepare financial reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to identify areas of improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control procedures, including inventory tracking, valuation, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize wastage.
Financial Analysis and Decision Support:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business initiatives, such as pricing strategies, menu engineering, and expansion plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance and market trends.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the finance team, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Maximum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Pay: ₹10,065.80 - ₹32,982.00 per month
