**Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Process**:
Validate and verify time punches, prepare payroll reports, and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
- **Accounting Process**:
Manage accounts receivable and payable, reconcile bank and credit card transactions, categorize daily financial transactions, post invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO), and execute month-end tasks, including report generation, dashboard updates, and final statement reviews.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- QuickBooks experience (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.

**Notice Period**: Max 30 Days (Immediate Joiner would be preferred)

**Location**: Bangalore Office Based

**Salary**:As per Market Standards

**Experience**: Fresher, Max 2 years

**Shift Timing**: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (varies with client time zone)
