Enhancing the capacity of cement handling from 600 to 750 TPH. Improvement of Jetty Housekeeping By Installing Vaccum cleaning system Maintenance of the jetty conveying system between the ship turn around time. **Key Result Areas**: **KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)** **Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)** - KRA1 - Accountability: Jetty Unplanned stoppages < 30 Hrs / Year Frequency < 44 nos. - # Area Equip. Inspection and monitoring, data base Preparation for equipment critical parameters. Routines manpower planning, allocation Monitoring. Daily, periodic and shutdown job planning and job Execution. Adherence of preventing maintenance schedule, Equipment lubrication schedule. - KRA2 - To carry WCM related activities - # Monitoring work place in order cleanliness of Equipment and surrounding. Analysis of stoppages, abnormalities and Breakdowns and identification of their Countermeasure. SPL, Visual control and sop s generation and Implementation. Active participation of Operating Team - KRA3 - Budget < 350 Lacs - To identify measures to keep the store and Spare and manpower with in allocated budget and periodic monitoring - KRA4 - To Ensure availability of Spare Part - # To raise indent's after ascertaining consumption Patterns follow up with supplier & material Department. Analysis of spare based on VED, ABC, SML Analysis. - KRA5 - Accident prevent & housekeeping - # To maintain Record of near miss & accident. Identification and elimination of unsafe condition. Member of Plant safety committee - KRA6 - Training and development of sub-ordinate - Training identifying and execution for operation & maintenance related Equipment for bottom line attendant and fitters. - KRA7 - Inter relationship with other Dept - # Co-ordination with other department like Utility, QA- CCR, and Cement mill for operation Activities. Co-ordination with Store for Procurement and storages of various Stores and Spares of Equipment. - KRA8 - ISO & it's legal Compliance and Inter WCM audit - # Maintain various documents related to ISO 9001-2000, 14001 and 18000 for QES. **Qualifications**: Diploma **Minimum Experience Level**: 6-9 Years **Report to**: General Manager
