**Responsibilities**:

- Review, select, and edit photos for various projects, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.
- Retouch and enhance images to achieve desired visual effects while maintaining authenticity and integrity.
- Collaborate with photographers and content creators to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
- Manage and organize digital assets effectively, including file naming, tagging, and archiving.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually improve editing skills and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images while adhering to project deadlines.
- Maintain brand guidelines and standards across all visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creative vision.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or other relevant editing software.
- Solid understanding of photography principles, composition, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing style.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Design, or related field (preferred but not required).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
