If you care about story, tone, and precision as much as aesthetics - you’ll feel right at home here.What you’ll enjoy doingLead wedding photo post-production : Culling, colour grading & consistency & skin/cleanup & composites for social media, exports & master delivery. Set the visual tonefor all wedding projects by maintaining the TCA look and emotional consistency across stories. Guide & reviewwork done by the junior editors and album team - setting standards, ensuring accuracy, and building efficient workflows. Collaborate with photographers, cinematographers, and the ideation teamto deliver cohesive narratives across photo and film. Implement smart, AI-assisted workflowsto improve speed and efficiency without losing the craft. Mentor & upskillnewer editors through structured feedback, knowledge sharing, and review sessions.You’ll thrive here if youHave2–3 yearsof hands-on photo editing experience (weddings/events/portraits preferred). Are fluent inLightroomandPhotoshop , with strong technical and aesthetic judgement. Bring apolished portfolioshowing clean colour work, natural tones, and a feel for storytelling. Communicate clearly and confidently with creative & production teams;Telugu & Englighis a plus.
