Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Photo Editor to join our ecommerce team. The Photo Editor will be responsible for enhancing product images to meet the visual standards of our online store. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills in image editing software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and retouch product images to ensure they meet the visual standards and guidelines of our ecommerce platform.
- Enhance product photos by adjusting color, exposure, contrast, and other parameters to make them visually appealing and accurate representations of the products.
- Remove backgrounds from images and create clean, consistent product shots with transparent backgrounds for use on our website.
- Crop and resize images to optimize them for web display while maintaining image quality and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure that images are shot and formatted correctly for efficient editing.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library of product images, ensuring that files are properly labeled, tagged, and archived for easy retrieval.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce photography and image editing techniques.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that product images align with brand guidelines and support marketing initiatives.
- Assist with other graphic design tasks and projects as needed, including creating banners, graphics, and other visual assets for the website.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in photography, graphic design, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in photo editing, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software, with a strong understanding of image manipulation techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color, composition, and image quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and make artistic decisions to enhance product images.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practices for product image optimization is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous photo editing work, with an emphasis on ecommerce product photography, is required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
