Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and retouch photos to enhance image quality, including color correction, cropping, and resizing.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to ensure the final product meets project requirements.
- Perform batch processing of images for large projects while maintaining consistency.
- Ensure that images adhere to the brand’s visual style and quality guidelines.
- Use various photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other industry-standard tools, to achieve desired results.
- Organize and manage photo libraries, including naming conventions and archiving.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing and design.
- Should be able to edit photographs and videos professionally (Essential).
- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the Organisation.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
- Establish creative direction for the Organisation within brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Implement feedback and changes whenever applicable.
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Photo Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, CorelDraw and Illustrator including other Video Editing tools
- Strong understanding of color correction, retouching techniques, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
