Qualifications & Background:
1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics/Economics /Finance, or Mathematics/Physics.

2. Exceptional numerical aptitude, logical and quantitative skills.

3. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Passion for trading and learning about financial markets.

5. Problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow.

6. An understanding of Option Greeks and risks associated with options portfolios is desirable but not a requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. There will be a training phase where you will get to lay the groundwork to an understanding of trading commodity derivatives and the risks associated with it.

2. Once you're reasonably comfortable with managing an options portfolio, you will execute and manage options trades within established risk parameters.

3. Collaborate with senior traders to analyse market trends, assess risk, and identify profitable opportunities.

4. Adopting a quantitative approach to develop new trading strategies.

5. Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and industry trends.

Compensation:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
