We are expanding our research and automation capabilities and are looking for talented professionals to join our options trading desk.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and driven **Options Traders** to develop and optimize **rule-based, automated trading systems** for the **options segment on NSE and BSE**. T

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and backtest rule-based algorithmic trading strategies in the options segment.
- Identify profitable trading opportunities using quantitative techniques, market data analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Optimize and monitor trading system performance using risk-adjusted metrics (e.g., Sharpe Ratio, Drawdown etc).
- Maintain trading logs, post-trade analysis, and system improvements based on performance reviews.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Knowledge of backtesting softwares such as amibroker / python / tradingview backtesting etc.
- 2+ years of experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading, preferably in the Indian options markets (NSE/BSE).
- Strong understanding of options traded on NSE/BSE.
- Proven track record of building profitable and scalable trading systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
