**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's export business.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our tyre products and communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and production, to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of international sales experience in the tyre industry or a similar sector (rubber/Automobile Manufacturing industry), with a focus on exports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
