**Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property showings and open house events for prospective buyers.
- Prepare and present proposals, offers, and presentations to clients.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Guide clients through the purchase process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and industry news.
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Handle all negotiations related to pricing, contracts, and terms.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
