Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential salons in your region to onboard them onto the Billu Partner app.
- Convince salon owners and staff of the benefits of using the app for managing bookings and expanding their customer base.
- Provide training to salon staff on using the app effectively, including updating services, pricing, and handling customer bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with salon partners, ensuring their active engagement and resolving any queries or challenges they face.
- Regularly update the team on onboarding progress and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel within the assigned region.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of the salon industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to convince and onboard new clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in sales, field operations, or customer engagement is an advantage.
