**Responsibilities**:
1. **Setup Change, Programming, Tool Selection, Fixture**: Possess hands-on experience and knowledge in setup change, programming, tool selection, and fixture for VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines.

2. **Production Management**: Capable of overseeing the production activities of 50 machines, including related processes.

3. **Manpower Handling**: Supervise a team of at least 60 operators per shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.

4. **Man and Machine Utilization**: Monitor and optimize both human and machine resources for efficient production output.

5. **OEE Monitoring**: Implement strategies for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) monitoring, loss analysis, and taking necessary actions for improvement.

6. **Data Analysis and Recording**: Maintain records and analyze data related to production performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing appropriate measures.

7. **Cycle Time Reduction**: Implement techniques and strategies to reduce cycle times, enhancing productivity and throughput.

8. **Machine Defect Reduction**: Analyze machine defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime and improve quality standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Machining, Automobile, or Production.
- 3-5 years of experience as a shift supervisor in a machining environment.
- Proficiency in setup change, programming, tool selection, and fixture for VMC and HMC machines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing a large team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of production management principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with OEE monitoring, cycle time reduction, and defect analysis methodologies.
