jobRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, minimum of 1.5 years.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools like LinkedIn and Naukri.
