As a **Quality & Production Executive** at **Strolar Mounting Systems Pvt Ltd,** you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of production and quality control within the organization. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and implementing quality control measures to meet customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
l Assist in overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

l Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.

l Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues promptly.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

l Support the implementation of design changes aimed at enhancing product quality and performance.

l Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

l Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

l Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

l Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

l Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

l Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality control procedures, and compliance requirements.

**Skills Required**:
l Minimum 3 years of experience in production and quality management roles.

l Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

l Knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and Lean manufacturing principles.

l Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

l Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP tools.

l Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is a plus.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

l Familiarity with solar mounting systems or related industries is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,550.91 - ₹35,000.00 per month
