Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients and management of social media executives.
- Align social media initiatives with clients’ overall marketing goals and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms (FB, IG, Thread, YT, LI, Snapchat)
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Foster and grow online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner (Online Reputation Management)
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations (Social Listening).
- Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and loyalty.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media specialists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Good presentation skill for presenting social media strategies and performance reports to clients.

Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organisational, team management and multitasking skills
- Ability to craft engaging content
- Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends
- Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
