**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the hospital's daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery, patient experience, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize hospital operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and hospital staff.
Improve hospital workflows, patient flow, and operational processes.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and external partners.
Oversee hospital infrastructure, technology upgrades, and facility management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
MBA/MHA
Minimum 10+ years of hospital administration experience with a strong focus on operations.
Proven leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance.
Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience in implementing hospital-wide operational improvements and quality initiatives.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹99,180.21 per month
