- Experience on OpenText ECM - Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
- Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
- Prior Experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
- Should be hands-on on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations
- Gain the trust and respect of customers and colleagues, in a fast growing and sometimes challenging business circumstances and under pressure
- Demonstrate keen interest to learn new technologies
- Quick Learner - e.g. about a new technology, or about a customer’s business processes
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, i.e. identify commercial opportunities
- Share knowledge with colleagues and in the wider Open Text and Partner community
- Good problem solving and Trouble-shooting skills
- Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services

**Primary Skills**
- Strong knowledge on Open Text's Content Server 10.5 and above
- Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM

**Secondary Skills**
- General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies. Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation. Production system configuration and testing. Data migrations
- Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
