Experience in OpenText ECM - Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
- Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
- Prior Experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
- Should have hands-on experience on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations
- Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services
- Strong knowledge on Open Text's Content Server 10.5 and above
- Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM
- General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies. Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation. Production system configuration and testing and Data migrations
- 24x5 Work model
