Experience on OpenText ECM - Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
- Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
- Prior experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
- Should be hands-on on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations

- Good problem solving and Trouble-shooting skills
- Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows, custom web reports, LAPI and CS web services

**Primary Skills**:

- Strong knowledge on Open Text's Content Server 10.5 and above
- Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM

**Secondary Skills**:

- General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies
- Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation
- Production system configuration and testing
- Data migrations
- Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
