MProfit is a rapidly growing fintech company, backed & funded by Rainmatter (an initiative by Zerodha) and other reputed investors. With an aim to automate multi-asset investment tracking & reporting, MProfit provides wealth-tech solutions to Indian investors and financial advisors.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and promoting our innovative financial software solutions. This position requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **New Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients, including individual investors and financial advisors, through various channels.
2. **Sales Pipeline Management**: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress using our CRM systems.
3. **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Engage in regular client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
4. **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Collaborate closely with the customer service team, marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 0-3 years of work experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with sales in finance / wealth management / stockbroking / fintech / software industries is an added plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasive skills.
- Spoken proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada is an added plus

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
