We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales activity driven by Google Ads campaigns. You'll be responsible for turning warm leads into customers and consistently hitting sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call leads generated through Google Ads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Answer and manage incoming calls from prospects inquiring about auto parts.
- Follow a structured sales process to close deals quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Deliver a professional and confident pitch with an **American accent** to ensure clarity and connection with US-based customers.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Automotive parts knowledge is a **strong plus** but not mandatory; training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English with a strong American accent** - this is essential.
- Experience in outbound sales or call-based lead conversion preferred.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with daily call quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to adapt and handle customer objections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus.
