**Job Title: Sales Associate - Optical Retail Store**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full Time
**Reports To**: Store Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in frame and lens selection
- Explain product features, lens options, and insurance coverage
- Accurately take and record customer measurements (PD, segment height, etc.)
- Process sales transactions, insurance claims, and returns using the POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking merchandise
- Coordinate with optometrists to ensure smooth customer flow and appointment scheduling
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
- Stay informed on optical industry trends and product knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic math and handling financial transactions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of vision insurance plans (VSP, EyeMed, etc.) preferred

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for inventory handling
- Manual dexterity to adjust and clean eyewear

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
