**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Lulu Hypermarket in Bangalore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in their shopping journey, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries about features, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with restocking merchandise as required.
- Assist customers with finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Promote store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, discounts, and in-store promotions.
- Monitor and ensure the store’s compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently when required.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling is a plus.
