As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our courses. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule demonstrations, and ultimately contribute to increasing sales and revenue.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Engage with leads to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about offerings.
- Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Must have: Requirement
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product benefits effectively.
- High Secondary school qualified/ diploma holder or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus**.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
