We’re looking for a driven **Freight Broker** to help grow our business in the auto transport industry. Whether you're an experienced professional or eager newcomer, we value energy, dedication, and relationship-building. You’ll generate new leads, manage accounts, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Take initiative to close deals and drive results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the auto transport industry.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide quotes and negotiate rates effectively to close sales and meet client needs.
- Work closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth transport processes.
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate timely updates to clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction with transport services..
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and remain competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in **auto transport sales** or **related logistics/supply chain sales** is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to think creatively and overcome obstacles to close sales and provide the best service to clients.
- Ability to work well with other team members, especially in coordinating with operations and logistics teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time
- With 1-hr break

**Fixed Salary**: ₹24000 with 30% Commission
