The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing customer accounts, ensuring effective dispatching, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates with carriers, managing freight schedules, resolving shipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operationsStrong skills in Customer Service and DispatchingExperience in Account Management and maintaining client relationshipsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in logistics software and technology is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
