**Salary Budget** : 30,000 to 40,000 INR/Month

**Qualification**: Any graduate or diploma holder

**Location**: Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Packing Material Design from Vendor as per Client.
- Making Printing Cylinder ( If required )
- Negotiate Rates with Packing Material Venders
- Prepare Purchase order & Place Order
- Packing Material Dispatching arrangement & Tracking
- Packing Material Inward Checking Printing/Quality/Size / Description /Quantity & Cordinate Concern Department
- Prepare of Daily Loading Report
- MIS Brand wise Stock/Stock Reconciliation/Track Status / Reserve Minimum Quantity.

**Reporting/Filing**:

- Conduct periodic reporting of all activities
- Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping.

**Ad-hoc Activities**:

- Assist in Ad-hoc activities.
- Preparing reports - as required by Reporting Manager / Directors/ MD

**Working Relationship**:

- External: Customers, Suppliers, and Service Providers
- Internal: Directors, Managing Director Reporting Manager, Assistant, employees from other
- departments, and colleagues within the same department.

**Qualification and Knowledge**:

- Any Graduate and Diploma holder
- Industry Experience: Manufacturer/ Printing industry Ideal Experience/ Knowledge
- Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to provide accurate and timely reports to the Reporting Manager and Directors
- Experience in implementing company policies and procedures
- Skilled in document management and official correspondence
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Executive Packing Material: 3 years (preferred)
