**Job Title - Agile Coach, VP** **Location - Pune, India** **Role Description** - Treasury Technology are responsible for the design, build and operation of Deutsche Bank’s Treasury trading, Balance-sheet Management and Liquidity Reporting ecosystem. In partnership with the Treasury business we look to deliver innovative technology solutions that will enable business to gain competitive edge and operational efficiency. - This is a Global role to lead the Engineering function for Treasury Engineering product portfolio. This aim is to develop best in class portfolio consisting of following products: - Liqudity Measurement and Management - Issuance and Securitization - Risk in Banking Book - Funds Transfer Pricing - Treasury is about managing the money and financial risks in a business. This involves making sure the business has the capital it needs to manage its day-to-day business obligations, while helping develop its long term financial strategy and policies. Economic factors such as interest rate rises, changes in regulations and volatile foreign exchange rates can have a serious impact on any business. Treasuey is responsobile to monitor and assess market conditions and put strategies in place to mitigate any potential financial risks to the business. - You will build an effective and trusted global engineering capability that can deliver consistently against the business ambitions.
