Within Deutsche Bank's Chief Financial Office, the Accounting Tribe Domains, Flow and Culture chapter, operate a strong coaching team.

We believe in the value coaching can bring to our organisation, and as such invest in personal growth creating broader impact across our Tribe Domain. As a chapter area we grow coaching skills within our tribe aligned Scrum Master's and Coaches, creating the space for our squads and tribes, at varying stages of maturity on their Agile journeys, to reflect and optimise both what and how they deliver change. We aim to achieve greater clarity on purpose through an understanding of why. We also enable quick and accurate decision making through informed data-led discussions.

Our coaches are given the space to work directly with tribe leadership, to agree priorities and the resulting coaching agenda. The coach is seen a partner within the tribe leadership and is key to unlocking performance potential.

We are looking to expand the team and are seeking an experienced Agile coach to support our growth in business agility.

Enable teams in high performance journey by exhibiting agile values & principles in day today behaviours. In addition, they will coach leadership on supporting cultural change and achieving effective outcomes for the organization.

Help guide individuals and teams towards self-realisation of their potential & strengths and the approach needed to achieve their goals within the organisational objectives

Generate innovative ideas during facilitating & coaching teams. Challenging the status quo and while holding compassion and unconditional positive regard positivity to see things which are not seen today.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Coaching and Mentor teams, leadership, and individuals on effective engagement and decision making, recognising debt and focusing on valuable outcomes.
- Design and delivery of Training in Scrum, Kanban, Product development, coaching skills and engineering practices.
- Effective Facilitation of small to large workshop, across different levels of seniority.
- Helping to make team’s journey transparent and understand the current ways of working and connecting these to the Agile values and principles. Able to challenge preconceived ideas in order to bring out the best results in our people
- Engage and work in alignment with the Agile coalition globally

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- More than 4 years’ hands on experience as a coach with industry recognised coaching qualification (not consulting).
- Large scale Agile transformation, Business Transformation and Technical Transformation experience
- Experience of coaching teams, team of teams operating at scale with strong focus on helping them become self-managed & high performing.
- Design and delivery of formal and informal training focusing on Learning outcomes
- In-depth understanding of team dynamics, culture and having a built-in-quality approach with proven experience in DevOps /
- Invested time Developing Psychological Safety / Emotional Intelligence / Situational Leadership Cynefin framework

**Additional Qualifications**
- ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE), ICP-ACC or ICF-ACC/PCC/MCC
- Certified SAFe SPC / LeSS practitioner / _Training from Back of The Room _
