Job Summary:
Experience - 6 months to 5yrs. (Mandatory in Real Estate Industry only)

Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales: Promote and sell residential, commercial, or rental properties to prospective buyers or tenants.

Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.

Client Management: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the property buying or renting process.

Site Visits: Organize and accompany clients on property site visits and provide expert advice on the market and investment options.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide accurate insights to clients.

Sales Reporting: Maintain records of all client interactions, deals, and sales activities in the CRM system and generate periodic performance reports.

Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.

Post-Sales Support: Assist clients with legal documentation, payment processes, and after-sales services to ensure a smooth transaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
