This role is for an Associate SDET in the Technology Development Center in Pune, India. 1.Understand project/program high-level business workflows2.Develop/Execute/Maintenance of Automation Suite3.Participate in Story grooming 4.Determining the root cause of defects & issues5.Enhance Automation libraries for continuous improvement6.Ensure that design for automated tests includes:a.Modularization for code reusabilityb.Parameterization for data driven capabilityc.Optimized number of maintenance pointsd.Organization of modules and data for ease of maintenance7.Understanding/Exposure to automated CI/CT/CD pipeline

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. B.E/B.Tech Graduate
- Quality Engineering Certifications (not mandatory, but good to have): DevOps, SAFe Agilist, ITIL - Hands-on exposure to Selenium/Lean FT, TestNG, Eclipse/IntelliJ- Strong knowledge of scripting language Java/Python/JavaScript/C#.NET- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile development practices
- Working knowledge of SQL- Exposure to Webservices
- Basic understanding of Dev Ops/CICD toolset - Bamboo/Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Git/ BitBucket
- Ability to work within a team
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Both attention to detail & ability to rise above details to see broader implications & recommend strategic solutions
- Multi-task in a continually changing environment
- Self-starter, positive & adaptable
- Should be able to communicate well with technical and business partners
