Job Summary : We Looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist and Telecaller to manage our front desk operation and handle patient inquiries via phone and in person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operation,greet patients,and answer phone calls
- schedule appointments,confirm bookings,and send reminders
- handle patient inquiries, complaints,and feedback
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders,follow ups ,and patient engagement
- maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies
- collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
