**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Telecaller cum Office Receptionist at G-INFOSOFT TECHNOLOGIES. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our mobile app development, software, and website solutions to potential clients while also managing receptionist duties.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Telecaller:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our range of services, including mobile app development, software solutions, and website development.

Provide information about our company's capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages to create interest and generate leads.

Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up, addressing their queries and concerns.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Office Receptionist:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, or provide necessary information.

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and conference rooms.

Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Familiarity with mobile app development, software solutions, and website development is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
