- Responsible and accountable for handling the transactional flow of end-to-end trade activities. Responsible for the validation and execution of order processing and invoicing, claims and deductions, accounts receivable. Responsible for performing all necessary work and tasks to ensure administrative goals and metrics are met. Works closely with the Team Lead to deliver outstanding results for our clients._
- Responsibilities_
- _The Deduction analyst will be responsible for working on claims management tool to clear invoices and deductions against non-trade activities_
- _Process orders, deductions, and build contracts._
- _Manage Claims and Accounts Receivables._
- _Able to address any potential order/deduction/contract issues._
- _Provide timely communication with clients and customers. Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled; providing feedback and insight._
- _Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities._
- _Provide reports to clients/customers as needed._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Associate’s Degree or equivalent office experience_
- _SAP experienced_
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel_
- Preferred Skills and Abilities_
- _Order Entry Administration_
- _Process orders, deductions, or contracts into management system in a timely manner_
- _Proactively address any potential order/deduction/contract issues_
- _Provide timely and thorough communication to all of our valued clients and customer_
- _Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities and Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled; providing_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skill_
- _Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment_
- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines_
- _Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with mínimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines_
- _Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers_
