*About Auricle*
Auricle is a learning platform tailored for MBBS students, offering year-wise video lectures, comprehensive notes, custom Q-banks, university exam prep, and live classes. We’re redefining how medical students learn - and we’re looking for passionate sales professionals to help us reach more future doctors.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Call and counsel MBBS students (leads provided) about the Auricle app and its benefits.
- Clearly explain Auricle’s features - notes, videos, live classes, Q-banks, etc.
- Build rapport with students and understand their academic needs.
- Follow up with interested students regularly and convert them to paying subscribers.
- Maintain CRM records and daily call/update logs.
- Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.
*Requirements*
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & regional languages).
- Experience in EdTech / Tele sales / Counselling is a plus.
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend solutions.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MBBS curriculum is an added advantage.
*Salary & Incentives*
- Fixed salary (based on experience) + Performance-based incentives
- Attractive commissions on every successful subscription conversion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 54 per week
