**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

**Role Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven **Telesales Executives** to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and driving sales conversions over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ONLINELR products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Accurately record customer details and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
